THS1氣囊型減振器使用氣囊型空氣彈簧，以科學(xué)合理的設計使其在垂直和水平方向實(shí)現基本的減振性能。

THS1 series is a basic pneumatic vibration isolator with bellows air springs,which is simple in design and provide basic isolation performance in both horizontal and vertical at low cost .




產(chǎn)品結構說(shuō)明：

THS1氣囊型減振器使用耐用性極強的氣囊型空氣彈簧，使用壽命長(cháng)，重量輕。

如需要較高的重復性精密，可將精密（土0.05mm)調平閥安置在減振器上，縮短設備的穩定時(shí)間，保證平臺的水平性，也可使用普通平閥（精度土0.1mm）。

THS1減振器上裝有內置型油阻尼, 搭載運動(dòng)平臺的設備穩定時(shí)間即可縮短，減振器剛性提升。




If higher level of repeatability is required, the precision leveling valve with repeatability of 0.05mm can be equipped with the vibration isolation system to shorten the settling time and ensure the stability of the platform. Standard leveling valve with repeatability of 1mm is also available.

THS1 pneumatic isolators incorporating the built-in oil damper can shorten the settling time of the equipment with linear stage, and increase the stiffness of the platform.
